Fish and Gouros medal at Athletics Ontario Indoor Provincial Championships

Congratulations to John Fish who took the gold medal in Junior Men’s 800m this past weekend at the Athletics Ontario Bantam/Midget/Junior Indoor Provincial Championships at York University.  In addition, Spiros Gouros was a double medalist taking bronze in Bantam Boy’s long jump and high jump. Great job guys, LC Strong!

Congratulations to Andrew Shepherd who through his 8th place finish in the Junior Men’s Division at this weekend’s Canadian National Cross Country Championships at Fort Henry in Kingston Ontario secured a spot for Team Canada at next year’s world cross country championships. Way to go Andrew!
