The group is composed of high school and university athletes. We train and prepare you to compete at whatever level you choose – be it the county school level or the national and international level. Focus is on individual goal setting and achievement at the level appropriate for the athlete.<\/p>\n

Jumpers train with the sprints group or hurdles group two sessions a week to develop speed and power with jump-specific sessions on Mondays (horizontal) and Saturdays (vertical).<\/p>\n

Training Venues and Times<\/strong>
\nOutdoor Season (October, April to August):<\/p>\n

Resurrection Catholic Secondary School. 455 University Ave. West, Kitchener, Ontario N2N 3B9. The eight lane track is behind the school.<\/p>\n

Indoor Season (November \u2013 March):<\/p>\n

University of Guelph Field House: all jumps<\/p>\n
