Great results this past weekend at the Royal Canadian Legion National Youth Track and Field Championships in Brandon Manitoba.

LC had a dozen athletes competing and we had four who ended up as medalists.

Congratulations to Foster Malleck who took gold in the U18 boys 1500m with a big kick finish, Abbey Yuhasz who took silver in the U18 Girl’s 3000m, Derek Milroy who placed 3rd in U16 steeplechase and to Caleb Timm who captured the bronze medal in the U18 boy’s decathlon after two grueling days in 35 degree plus heat as part of Team Ontario.
