This past weekend LC middle distance group athletes Abbey Yuhasz and Scott Arndt participated as part of Athletics Canada Team Canada at the Pan Am Cup cross country meet in British Columbia.
Scott had an amazing race finishing 12th overall and was the 3rd Canadian helping the U20 team to a 2nd place overall finish. Well done Scott!
