Great results from LC Middle Distance group athletes at the Athletics Canada national cross country championships.

Top performance came from our men’s U20 team of Tennessee Tremain, Owen Lloyd, Nathan Paul and Brendan Chapple who took the silver medal. Congratulations guys in an amazing job.

In addition, Holly Macgillivray was part of the Team BC senior women’s team who took the silver medal.

In addition, our U18 boys placed 5th overall.
