Malleck captures Gold and Yushasz places 4th for Team Canada at Junior Pan Americans Games!

Two Laurel Creek Middle Distance Group athletes participated this past weekend as part of Team Canada at the Junior Pan American Games in Cost Rica.
Congratulations to Foster Malleck who captured the gold medal in the 1500m in a personal best and PanAm record time of 3:47.05. Way to go Foster, we are SO proud of you on this incredible achievement.
In additions, congratulations also goes to Abbey Yuhasz who placed 4th in the 5000m. Great job Abbey, we’re very excited for you!
