Hooray!!! Five D-Group athletes made the trip to College Avenue Secondary School on Aug 8th, and competed against athletes from London/St Thomas, Sarnia and Woodstock.

It was a fun-filled day, with LC athletes competing in the 80 m hurdles, long jump, 800 m, 80 m sprint, and the 4×100 m relay.  This meet was the cumulation of a wonderful season for these dedicated athletes.
