Great results from LC Middle Distance group athletes at the University of Waterloo Don Mills Open cross country race today. Racing against university athletes in the Female 8k race Abbey Yuhasz was first overall. In the Female 4k race Holly Macgillivray was 1st.

On the male side, in 8k race Scott Arndt was 3rd. While in the Male 4k race Nick Bedi was 1st and Daniel Khan was 2nd.
