Great results from LC athletes at this weekend’s Athletics  Ontario U18 and Open Indoor Provincial Championships at York University.
A highlight of the meet was a podium sweep in U18 men’s 60 hurdles. Congratulations to Darius Edwards, 1st, Jake Charest, 2nd and Dominik Bahadur, 3rd. Amazing job guys!
Top individual performance was from U20 athlete Miryam Bender who won Open Women’s triple jump and took the bronze in high jump.
Other medalists were Laura Van Nes who won U18 women’s high jump, Joel Rumph, 2nd in U18 men’s high jump, U16 athlete Emilie Gervais who was 2nd in U18 60m hurdles and Aidan MacGregor who took the bronze in U18 men’s high jump.
