This past weekend our middle distance group athletes competed in the Athletics Ontario Western Region Cross-County Championship Meet. Held at Fanshawe Golf Course in London, LC had 40 athletes participate at the meet under ideal racing conditions.  The top four athletes per club counted for team results.  We had some great individual and team results which you can see below. It was a great way to end the fall cross country season. Congratulations to Coach Fitz and his team and the athletes on a great performance!

Notable results:

U 14 Girls were 1^st.  Team members are Julie Deboer (2^nd overall), Casey Archer, Tessa Jagiellowicz, Ella Mason and Claire Sweeney. 

U 16 Girls:  Acadia Tremain – 9^th overall.

U 18 Girls were 2^nd.  Team members are Dianne Deboer, Alex Hankins, Sarah MacGillivray, Alex Hesch and Edna Vargas. 

U 14 Boys:  James Porto – 5^th overall. 

U 16 Boys were 1^st.  Team members are Jeremy Helder (2^nd overall), Joseph McIntyre, Josh Aagaard, Landon Reuter, Jacob Paul, Alex Vargas Garcia and Max Jauvin.  

U 18 Boys were 1^st.  Team members are Tennessee Tremain (1^st overall), Will Leather, Owen Lloyd, Jackson Hayes, David Cummings, Aidan Morton Cummings, Brendan Chapple, Matteo Mauro, Phillip Hammell, Derek Milroy, Sam Bennett, Markus Kipfer Schroeder, Dylan Thompson.
