While many of our athletes were at York this weekend another group of LC athletes travelled to Geneva Ohio for the Spire Institute Scholastic Showcase Meet. This invitational meet attracts some of the top athletes in North America.
It was a great meet for us with some excellent performances.

From the jumps group Travis Bannerman placed 2nd in men’s high jump while Annika Jozin was 3rd in women’s high jump.

On the track side, our Super fast middle distance athletes did well also. In the men’s 1600m the dynamic duo of Nathan Kemp and Tennessee Tremain placed 3rd and 4th respectively. Way to go guys!
Also, Tegan Morrison placed 5th in the women’s 800m.
In addition, our men’s 4x800m relay team of Daniel Khan, Reid Henderson, Nathan Kemp and Tennessee Tremain placed 4th. Well done everyone!
