Another great meet for LC cross country runners yesterday at the Athletics Ontario provincial championships in Kingston.

Congratulations to Abbey Yuhasz who continued her golden season handily winning U20 women’s while teammate Scott Arndt won the U20 men’s side.
Amazing job both of you!

In addition, Will Leather’s 4th place and Nathan Paul’s 9th place finishes led our U16 boy’s team to a strong 3rd place finish. Way to go Will and company. As a club, we finished sixth place overall.
