There were great results from the Athletics Ontario U14, U16 and U18 outdoor provincial championships this past weekend at Western University by Laurel Creek athletes. As a club, we saw some of our best results ever.
Top performance for LC came from Dominik Bahadur who took 4 individual U16 gold medals and contributed to 2 relay gold’s as well. Dom was dominant, winning the 100m hurdles, 200m hurdles 200m and 300m.
Way to go Dominik, incredible performance!

Medalists were:
-Emilie Gervais gold in U14 high jump and 300m, silver medal in 150m
-Hannah Blair gold in open women heptathlon
-Anna Douma-gold in U16 1200m
-Bailey Hiuser- gold in U16 80m hurdles
-Darius Edwards – silver in U16 100m hurdles and bronze in long jump
-James Porto – silver in U16 steeplechase
-Lena Eys-silver in U18 steeplechase
-Michael Sampson – silver in U20 decathlon
-Kaitlyn Robinson – silver in U14 javelin
-Aidan MacGregor – bronze in U16 high jump
In addition, a number of our relay teams scored as well. Taking the gold was our:
U16 girls sprint medley team of Emilie Gervais, Ella Mason, Brooklyn Seiling and Anna Douma
U16 boys sprint medley team of Kilean Moore, Aabjosh Singh, Dominik Bahadur and James Porto
U16 boys 4x100m relay team of Darius Edwards, Kilean Moore, Aabjosh Singh and Dominik Bahadur
Taking silver was our:
U16 boys 4x800m relay team of Isaiah Stumpf, Eli Martin, Ben Perrin and Gursaaz Gund
Taking bronze was our:
U18 boys relay team of Finn Moore, Joey McIntyre, Josh Aagard and Samuel Rohr
U16 girls 4x100m relay team of Taylor Ambeau, Bailey Hiuser, Ella Moore and Brooklyn Seiling
U18 girls sprint medley relay team of Katlyn Baker, Elyssa Reiter, Joey Borho and Kaitlyn Campagna.
