Athletes from several of our training groups competed this past weekend at the Athletics Ontario U20 provincial championships at York University. Top results came from our Middle Distance group. .Congratulations to Abbey Yuhasz who won the Women’s 5000m with a time of 16:36, a new PB. In the steeplechase Acadia Tremain won the women’s race and Jackson Hayes placed second on the men’s side. Well done Acadia and Jackson! In addition, our men’s 4x800m relay team of Brendan Chapple, Jackson Hayes, Alex Hopkins and Matteo Mauro took the bronze medal
