Busy weekend of track and field for LC athletes at two different meets.
We had some great results at the Athletics Ontario U18 and Open indoor provincial championships at York University.

Top performance was by Stephen Davis who had a triple medal performance taking silver in U18 60m hurdles, and bronze in long jump and high jump (can you say “multis”?) Also, congratulations to Abbey Yuhasz who played 2nd in open women’s 3000m and Amelia Matthews who captured bronze in the open women’s 400m.
Well done ladies!

In relays our U18 mens team of Derek Milroy, Brendan Chapple, Narain Ulags and mustajab Khalid took silver in the sprint medley.
