Congratulations to our Middle Distance Group athletes who competed this past weekend at the @ahletics Canada national cross country championships in Ottawa.Top results, and a BIG shout out to our U18 boys team who were 3rd overall taking the bronze medal. The team consisted of: Jacob Paul, Landon Reuter, Josh Aagaard, Sam Rohr and Andrew Corbeil.
Congratulations also to Anna Douma who competed as part of Team Ontario who took 3rd place in the provincial team’s category.
Well done all! Now on to indoor track!
