Congratulations to all LC Middle Distance athletes who competed at the OFSAA cross country provincial championships in Etobicoke this past weekend.

Top performances came from: Julie Deboer 8th in junior girls, Anna Douma 6th in senior girls and Josh Aagaard 9th in senior boys.
